Is Hair & Makeup included?
Since every actor’s wants and needs are a little different, we do not include makeup as part of our services. However, we do have makeup artists that we work with regularly so we are happy to offer makeup as an add-on to your shoot (request makeup). You are also welcome to bring your own makeup artist or come camera ready. If you are planning on bringing your own makeup artist please confirm with us in advance to ensure proper scheduling with other clients who may be shooting before or after you.
Can I shave on the truck?
There is no running water on the truck. If you need to shave between looks we suggest you contact us about splitting your time over two sessions.

What is your Cancelation and Reshoot Policy?
Life Happens! We get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Capturely image experience for any reason don’t worry, we've got your back. Simply call our team before your appointment at 888-555-1212 to get back on the calendar. Any deposit or purchase made can be fully applied to a future photoshoot. Out of respect for our efforts and time needed to serve our clients we do not offer refunds.
Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
Due to our competitive pricing, we do require a $150 deposit up front. Please see below for policies regarding cancellations and changes.
What if I don’t see any available time/date/location that works for my schedule?
Please contact us or give us a call (855-729-7465) and tell us more about your situation. If we can make something work for you we are happy to help!
Let's face it, some days are better than others. If for any reason your images are not what you expected, then we pledge to get it right. Let us know (within 30day of delivery) and we will get you booked for another image experience right away at our expense. Your happiness and success are what drives our business.
What happens after my shoot?
After your session, all of your photos will be delivered to you digitally 5 business days after your shoot. (10 business days if you are outside of Los Angeles.) All photos are color corrected. You'll recieve an email with a private link to your online gallery which you can share and easliy get feedback about favorites to make your final selections. Along with instructions on how to download all your photos in different sizes: low resolution for online use (Actors Access, IMDB, Casting Frontier, etc.) and high resolution for printing. If your package includes retouched images you will receive instructions on how to redeem your retouched images with your photos. Retouched images take an additional 5 business days to be delivered, but they'll be worth the wait!
What if I'm early/late?
We schedule a full day of shoots and we want to give everybody our full attention while they are on board. We will have a seating area where you can wait until we are ready to start your session if you arrive early. Unfortunately, if you are late, it will only cut into your own session time. We don’t offer refunds for missed sessions.
What happens if I lose my photos or my link expires?
Your photos are available for download for 60 days from the date of delivery. We strongly recommend you download them during that period. After that period expires, there is a retrieval fee of $25 for an individual.
What’s included in the retouching, if I order it?
Retouching includes fixing any fly-away hairs, lightly brightening eyes and teeth, subtly making the skin smoother, or removing small blemishes.
Do I get all of the images or raw files?
We do not distribute raw files nor do we hand out “all the files” in order to maintain quality control of our images.
How long until I get my images?
Proofs will be sent in 5 business days via Pixieset. Final, retouched images will be sent within 5 business days from the time you make your selections through Pixieset via the provided link. Rush delivery is available for an added cost if you are on a deadline - please email us and let us know your specific needs and we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your situation
What if I’m not happy with my images?
You will see your images during your shoot so that you are able to confirm the shoot has been to your full satisfaction before leaving the studio. However, the studio/photographer has no control over how others (agents, managers, publicists, friends, family, etc.) will react to your final images. If for any reason something causes you to doubt the marketability of any part of your session and you would like to add another “look or two,” the studio charges $100/hr of shooting and this includes 1 fully edited image. This offer is available for 30 days from the date of your original session.
If I lose my downloaded pictures, how can I get them back?
We store your images for 1 year from the date of your shoot, but due to the high volume of shoots and our triple redundancy storage system, it is not feasible to store files longer than 1 year. After final delivery, a $35 data recovery fee will be applied should you misplace your files and need us to send them again.
How do I know which photos to choose?
What should I expect on my shoot day?
You will recieve a confirmation email after you book, letting your know all the precise details about your headshot session, including the address of the truck, studio, or shoot location. On your shoot day, you'll meet at the shoot location and be greeted by your photographer, who will review your wardrobe selections, discuss your needs, goals, and personality. They'll not only assist with selecting and prepping your clothes for each look, but they'll also help select a background that helps you look your best. One of the best features of your session is that you can see your photos as their taken in real-time. That way, when you leave the truck you'll know you've got the perfect shots you’re looking for.

Our trucks are the size of food trucks or those FedEx/UPS box trucks you see all the time. She has been retrofitted into an awesome studio that makes you feel like you are in a brick and mortar studio.
