We offer full gallery purchase. $25 for the Express package and $50 for the Executive.
All sessions are shot on a pure white background. If you desire a different color or a more natural looking environment, our background enhancements are only $30.

Corporate headshots are typically shot from the chest up on a backdrop with studio lighting. Business portraits or executive portraits are often ¾ body and can be done either in-studio or outdoors with natural lighting.
The average cost of a corporate headshot is $150 to $250 per person. Our sessions are a fraction of the cost with 10 or more people.
- Executive sessions are 15-30 minutes
- Express sessions are 5 minutes
Our trucks are the size of food trucks or those FedEx/UPS box trucks you see all the time. She has been retrofitted into an awesome studio that makes you feel like you are in a brick and mortar studio.
There is no running water on the truck. If you need to shave between looks we suggest you contact us about splitting your time over two sessions.
We deliver all of your photos along with a tab of your Favorites, which were chosen by you and the photographer during your shoot. That way you and your team (agent, classmates, mom) know what photos stood out the most.
You will see your images during your shoot so that you are able to confirm the shoot has been to your full satisfaction before leaving the studio. However, let’s face it, some days are better than others. If for any reason your images are not what you expected, then we pledge to get it right. Let us know (within 30 days of delivery) and we will get you booked for another image experience right away at our expense. Your happiness and success are what drives our business.
We require full payment upfront. We only do deposits for group sales. Please see the “Packages and Scheduling” tab for our cancellations and rescheduling policy.
Proofs will be sent in 5 business days via Pixieset. Final, retouched images will be sent within 5 business days from the time you make your selections through Pixieset via the provided link. 24 hour ASAP delivery is available for an added $99 if you are on a deadline – please email us and let us know your specific needs and we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your situation.
We do not distribute raw files in order to maintain quality control of our images, however, your photos will be largely un-retouched with the exception of some light color correction and cropping.
Yes! Except the ones where you are blinking😉
Retouching includes minor fixes to any fly-away hairs, lightly brightening eyes and teeth, subtly making the skin smoother, or removing small blemishes. Retouch plus includes all of the above at a higher level as well as removing glasses glare removal and softening wrinkles. Any extreme requests are subject to a higher fee.
Your photos are available for download for 60 days from the date of delivery. We strongly recommend you download them during that period. After final delivery, a $25 data recovery fee will be applied should you misplace your files and need us to send them again.
We store your images for 1 year from the date of your shoot, but due to the high volume of shoots and our triple redundancy storage system, it is not feasible to store files longer than 1 year.
After your session, all of your photos will be delivered to you digitally 5 business days after your shoot. All photos are color corrected. You’ll receive an email with a private link to your online gallery which you can share and easily get feedback about favorites to make your final selections. You will also receive instructions on how to download all your photos in different sizes: low resolution for online use (Actors Access, IMDB, Casting Frontier, etc.) and high resolution for printing.
Clothing can make you feel great or miserable, as we all know! So this is an important part of your shoot. However, you don’t want the main focus to be what you’re wearing so keeping your choices simple in color, design, and texture is important too. Don’t discount options that might have odd necklines or even dresses! You know what colors work for you so have options that pop your eyes, skin, or hair color. Jewel tones, earth tones, and primary colors often shoot great. You should have a nice pair of jeans and darker pants just to have as an option. Men may want to bring a jacket and tie options.
Please bring your clothing ironed or pressed, however, we understand that wrinkling happens so we have a steamer for light touch-ups! We also have a clothing rack for you to hang your clothes. Glasses may need to have the lenses removed.
If you are a business professional, we recommend wearing what you wear to the office. So, if you are a suit and tie person, you should wear that. If you go to the office in jeans in a T-shirt, we recommend that. Wearing what you wear on a daily basis lets clients see you how you would actually look if they were to meet you!

No, Since every actor’s wants and needs are a little different, we do not include makeup as part of our services. However, we do have makeup artists that we can refer you to. We do prefer you come camera ready so it does not cut in to your shoot time. If you are planning on bringing a makeup artist for touch ups, please let us know in advance.

Your shoot day should be relaxing and fun so that you get the most out of it! To help make things a little easier, here are some of our thoughts:
- Have your wardrobe options out and ready a day before so that you aren’t rushing on shoot day.
- Allow extra time to get up, nobody likes how they feel after rushing in LA traffic!
- If you decide to have a facial, haircut, or extra something before your shoot we recommend doing it at least a week prior as sometimes your face can stay irritated for days after the appointment before the glow appears.
- Drinking lots of water is a great way to keep your skin looking fresh and of course, try your best to get a good night’s sleep the night before!

Before the big day, do some research to study other headshots that you like. What do you find most appealing about them? How is the actor standing, and what is he or she wearing? Taking the time to understand what you like (or what you don’t) about a headshot can go a long way in helping you get the precise look that you’re after. Also think about these questions: what roles do you go out for? What types do you fit? What colors, textures, styles work best for you?
A lot of what captures people is the eyes and, unlike your ability to move in front of a film or TV camera to convey emotions, your headshot will rely heavily on what we see you thinking about and feeling in your eyes!

We are able to do all of the above! We have backdrops in multiple sizes so we can adjust to whatever you may need! However, at the moment we have a limited color range for full-body and only have white and light grey.
We do not have specific packages for dancers, but we are more than happy to photograph you! If you are a dancer, you would purchase one of the actor packages and we would be able to get the looks you need such as full glam, commercial, fitness, urban/ streetwear, and/or any other look you may need. We would be able to shoot you in full body on one of our 10 ft seamless backdrops, our normal backdrops in a variety of colors, or outside in natural light.
Yes! We recently purchased two 10 ft seamless backdrops (Light Grey and White) which enables us to take full body shots!

You can book anywhere from a month in advance to as late as 24 hours in advance.
We schedule a full day of shoots and we want to give everybody our full attention while they are with us. If you are early, we will have you wait outside until we are ready to start your session. Unfortunately, if you are late, it will only cut into your own session time. We don’t offer refunds for missed sessions.
TO-YOU Truck Events: You may reschedule a Truck Event provided it is more than 14+ days from the date of the Event. Rescheduled Events done so within 14 or less days, may require additional fees or the forfeiture of your payment and is at our sole discretion. Contact our team to discuss.
In-Studio Sessions: Can be rescheduled once with more than 48 hours notice. As much as we love to help, we cannot be responsible for your last minute schedule changes. Thank you for understanding. If you are within 48hours or this is a second reschedule request we recommend giving your shoot to someone else as good karma!
If you would like to customize your package with add-ons you can do so when you book your appointment. We offer customizations such as adding on a second or third look, ASAP delivery, and adding a slate shot.
No, we actually encourage layering! It would qualify as a second look if you changed the background or changed your entire outfit.

You will receive a confirmation email after you book, letting you know all the precise details about your headshot session, including the address of the studio. On your shoot day, you’ll meet at the studio and be greeted by your photographer, who will review your wardrobe selections, discuss your needs, goals, and personality. They’ll not only assist with selecting and preparing your clothes for each look, but they’ll also help select a background that helps you look your best. One of the best features of your session is that you can see your photos as they are taken in real-time. That way, when you leave you’ll know you’ve got the perfect shots you’re looking for.
